HEAL - Link agreements to cover costs of Open Access (OA) publications We would like to inform you that the new agreements between the  Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) and publishers have been activated to cover the costs of Open Access (OA) publications. These agreements, in deviation from the usual practice of HEAL-Link , concern only the year 2025, within which we await the decisions on the financing program of the contracts. Update on the Open Access agreement with Elsevier The Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) has just activated the transformative agreement (read & publish) with Elsevier. This provides the opportunity to all members of the Greek Academic and research community to publish their work under open access, with total waiver from publication costs.
