We would like to inform you that the new agreements between the  Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) and publishers have been activated to cover the costs of Open Access (OA) publications. These agreements, in deviation from the usual practice of HEAL-Link , concern only the year 2025, within which we await the decisions on the financing program of the contracts.

You can find all the information regarding the agreements in the Index of eligible Open Access Journals of the Scholarly Communication Branch, as well as on the  HEAL-Link website. Below is a summary of some basic information about the agreements.

The index of eligible journals will be re-launched in the coming weeks and will be available to support member publishing. Until then, you can refer to the journal lists as posted on the HEAL-Link website. We remind you that access to the electronic content of all publishers is normally provided to authorized users.
