Info session on the recent accreditation of two MSc programs by the ACCA | 19 March 2025, 18:00

Two of International Hellenic University’s master programs have been recently accredited by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) —the globally recognized professional body for Accounting, Finance, Management, and Auditing. IHU has secured for the students of the MSc in International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation and the MSc in Banking, Financial Technology and Risk Management seven (7) and three (3) exemptions, respectively, from the total of 13 examination papers required to obtain ACCA’s Chartered Certified Accountantcertification.

This significant development strengthens the partnership between the IHU and ACCA, offering students of both programs a substantial advantage. Through these exemptions, students can accelerate the completion of the ACCA certification process, which is internationally recognized in 180 countries, including Greece.

We invite you to attend the info session hosted by Mr. Marios Evripidou, ACCA’s representative, who will present the benefits of this significant development. Students will be informed on various aspects, such as:

✅ Registration to the ACCA Accelerate Program: Students have the opportunity to register with ACCA as early as their first year of study, benefiting from discounts of up to 70% on the initial registration fee and exemption costs.

✅ Access to myACCA: Students are granted free access to the complete set of ACCA exam study materials, covering all courses from the 1st to the 13th exam.

✅ Opportunity to Take Exams Before Graduation: Students have the opportunity to take some of the remaining ACCA exams even before completing their studies.

✅ Strengthening of Professional Profile: Students enrolled in the ACCA Accelerate program can include their status as ACCA Candidates on their CV and LinkedIn profile, enhancing their chances of being invited for interviews, whether for internships or permanent employment opportunities

We hope you enjoy them!
